Return Policy

My items are damaged in transit? Can I replace them?
We make every effort to ship the items in the safest possible way. All cards are packed in resealable plastic bag and posted in padded envelopes, while mini albums are packed in plastic then shipped in boxes with foam as padding. If items are damaged we would need you to provide proof of damage and return the items in the original packaging within 7 days of the return confirmation with us. All cost of returning will be bared by you.

I made mistake in my shipping address. Can I get a refund?
If you have provided us with the wrong order or with the wrong address, we will not be responsible for losses as a result of this, so please make sure you have thoroughly checked your address and orders before emailing us.

Payment Details

How do I order and how will I be billed?
Orders
All orders need to be made via email to rebecca_ng@hotmail.com, mentioning the item code and name (e.g. SM2/001 Butterfly Thank You Card), the quantity*, the delivery address and your choice of payment method.

*only 1 of each item is produced, and will not be reproduced once sold unless by special request of the original purchaser. However, do note that each reproduced card may not be perfectly identical due to the fact that they are handmade. Please allow 2 to 3 working days turn-around-time for reproduction of cards

Billing
Once we received your orders, we will calculate the applicable postage cost and an invoice will be sent to you.
For Paypal payment method -We will send you an invoice in USD via Paypal. Upon receiving and agreeing with the invoice, you shall pay via Paypal by clicking the "Pay" button on your invoice.
For Bank Deposit payment method - We will send you an invoice in MY Ringgit as attachment via email together with the payment details.

What forms of payments are accepted?
We accept payments in Malaysia Ringgit through bank deposit and Paypal payments for credit cards (for Paypal payments, you will be billed in USD). We do not accept cheques or money order.

Can I make online payments?
We accept bank deposits for RHB Bank and AmBank. However, we only accept Malaysia Ringgit via this payment method. Bank deposits can be made through online 3rd party bank transfer, Inter-Bank Giro or physical cheque/cash bank ins. We will send you the bank details via email together with your invoice. Please email us your bank-in slips or confirmation transfer to expedite your order.

Can I make credit card payments?
We only accept credit card payments via Paypal. You will need to register at www.paypal.com for an account before proceeding with the payment. Please note that Paypal does not accept Malaysian Ringgit, thus you will be billed in the corresponding USD amount.

When should I pay?
Please make payment within 2 working days of receiving the invoice. Should we do not hear from you within 2 working days, we shall void the invoice and relist the item.

Handling and Postage Rates and Handling Time

What is the handling cost?
In our effort to ship the items in the safest possible way, all cards are packed in plastic bag and posted in padded envelopes. A fixed handling cost of RM1.60 per postage will be charged for all cards purchase. Handling cost for altered items and mini albums will be advice during the launch of both items.

What is the postage cost?
Domestic location (within Malaysia)
Standard domestic postage is via Pos Malaysia Pos Daftar (Registered Post). The postage rate is as follows:

Please note that Y-Shong Handmade Craft can not be responsible for any customs, taxes, tariffs and other fees associated with shipping to your country beyond the cost of postage.

Postage cost is based on weight. What is the item weight?
A normal card (SM1, SM2, SQ1) with its envelope usually weigh around 15 grams while bigger card (BG1) weighs around 18 grams. In our effort to ship the items in the safest possible way, all cards are packed in plastic bag and posted in padded envelopes. This makes the entire package weight around 30 grams. In combined shipment, the exact weight of the package will be determined and the appropriate postage cost will be billed.

How soon will I receive my items?
Delivery to Peninsular Malaysia is estimated at 2 to 5 working days while delivery to East Malaysia will be approximately 7 working days. Delivery to international location is estimated as 10 to 14 working days. For country specific delivery time frame, please visit POS Malaysia. All transit time to international location are subject to Customs Clearance.
We at Y-Shong Handmade Craft will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged if they are not registered and insured. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. However, we will make every effort to assist you where possible. Any additional postage incurred for special arrangements will be billed to you.
