In our effort to ship the items in the safest possible way, all cards are packed in plastic bag and posted in padded envelopes. A fixed handling cost of RM1.60 per postage will be charged for all cards purchase. Handling cost for altered items and mini albums will be advice during the launch of both items.
What is the postage cost?
Domestic location (within Malaysia)
Standard domestic postage is via Pos Malaysia Pos Daftar (Registered Post). The postage rate is as follows:

Postage cost is based on weight. What is the item weight?
A normal card (SM1, SM2, SQ1) with its envelope usually weigh around 15 grams while bigger card (BG1) weighs around 18 grams. In our effort to ship the items in the safest possible way, all cards are packed in plastic bag and posted in padded envelopes. This makes the entire package weight around 30 grams. In combined shipment, the exact weight of the package will be determined and the appropriate postage cost will be billed.
How soon will I receive my items?
Delivery to Peninsular Malaysia is estimated at 2 to 5 working days while delivery to East Malaysia will be approximately 7 working days. Delivery to international location is estimated as 10 to 14 working days. For country specific delivery time frame, please visit POS Malaysia. All transit time to international location are subject to Customs Clearance.
We at Y-Shong Handmade Craft will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged if they are not registered and insured. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses used when placing your order. However, we will make every effort to assist you where possible. Any additional postage incurred for special arrangements will be billed to you.
